hiring of Thomas McCabe as Director of Sales

based productivity system; today announced the hiring of Thomas
McCabe as its Director of Sales of products and services.

- Mr. McCabe will direct the sales and marketing program for
the Columbia, MD firm's software product line, produced by its
xpdientinc Division. He will have responsibility for all
facets of new customer development, including prospect identification
and communications, and account management.

- He brings experience from a similar Howard County organization,
McCabe and Associates, where he provided strong leadership in
product and service sales. Mr. McCabe's principal areas of responsibility
included software sales management, software marketing, strategic
alliances and website promotion. "We are pleased to have
